WELCOME. . .
The Women in the Information Age Project at the Center for Public Policy and Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst asks if women are under-represented as users and designers of today's technologies.
In time, we intend for this site to actively create a community of researchers, managers and policy-makers with an interest in this issue.
Please see our Resources page for a searchable database of articles, researchers, and links dealing with women and IT; visit our Events page for information about conferences, seminars, and programs across the globe; and stop by the About Us section for information on WITIA's researchers, funding, and goals.
